Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

All Emily Victoria Designs collections are carefully handmade in our Ontario studio.  Pieces in stock at the time of your order will ship within 5 business days.  All made-to-order pieces will be shipped out upon completion within 5 business days.  If you order multiple items, they will ship together in one package once all pieces are ready.  To confirm which shipping window your item(s) are in, you can view the availability under each item on the product page and in your cart at checkout.  If you are in a rush and need expedited shipping, please submit an email on the “Contact” page to see if we can accommodate your request. After the item has shipped, Emily Victoria Designs is not held responsible for any claims for loss or damage. 

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently, we offer 3 options for international shipping to the United States at this time. Canada Post letter mail is sent untracked and uninsured and may take some time to get to you. If you wish to receive your parcel sooner, please select either Purolator Ground or Express. After the item has shipped, Emily Victoria Designs is not held responsible for any claims for loss or damage, as well as any additional charges that may apply (fees, taxes or duties).

What is your return policy? 

We hope that you are happy with your purchase or with the gift that you have received from our store. However, we do understand that jewellery is very personal and you may prefer to choose something else instead. We want you to have something that you will wear and enjoy and we are happy to offer you an exchange for another made item of the same value.

Any piece that has been worn and requires refinishing may be subject to refinishing fees. A ring that has been resized is non-returnable.

Custom jewellery that has been commissioned and made specifically for you can not be exchanged or returned.

All Sale items are final sales, and we do not offer returns or exchanges on these pieces.
