QUOTES

 Quotes on custom piece orders are valid for 4 weeks with the understanding that prices may change prior to confirmation of the order. Fluctuation of material costs such as precious metals and stones may be reflected in the final costs.

 CUSTOM PROCESS & PAYMENT TERMS

All custom pieces are designed and handmade by Emily Victoria Designs.

Custom design consultations are free of charge for 45 min over the phone, via video call, or in person.

An initial design fee of $200 is required to begin the custom design process after the initial consultation. This fee covers the research, drafts, drawings, two revisions and a CAD rendering of the finalized drawing. This fee is non-refundable and will be credited toward the final payment of your piece. Any additional drawings will be subject to a $100 fee after the initial $200 design fee.

Once the quote is given for your project, a signed approval of an estimate and a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. With this payment, the client agrees to allow the production of the custom piece to begin. We will then create a 3D model of your design for you to visualize and try on before creating your final piece. If you would like to view multiple 3D models with different design concepts for the same project, an additional $200 per model will be applied to the final balance. The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of the piece. Jewellery will be shipped or delivered after receiving the final balance.

LEAD TIME

After viewing the 3D model of your design, the production of your piece can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. The timeline will be discussed with you every step of the process.

 CANCELLATION

Should the order be cancelled after production begins, the client agrees and understands that the initial design and deposit fees are non-refundable. 

 REPAIRS

At the discretion of Emily Victoria Designs, a custom piece will be repaired or replaced if any manufacturer defects are found in the first 6 months from the date of the purchase. Normal wear and tear and customer abuse are not covered under warranty.

 RESIZING

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate ring size prior to production. Pieces will be resized on a case-by-case basis, and come with a resizing fee of $60+. Pieces such as eternity bands, intricate settings, or pieces featuring certain gemstones cannot be resized. Please allow 2-3 weeks for resizing. 

PRIVACY

We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to notify you via email of promotions and upcoming sales, order confirmations and receipts.
